I think I've found my favorite rosé this year - and for $15, it's a steal !  Angels & Cowboys' 2016 vintage is dry, crisp, and light-bodied - featuring subtle strawberry notes, well-balanced acidity and a touch of minerality. The Sonoma winemakers employ techniques similar to those in the South of France to achieve a taste very similar to what you'd find in the heart of Provence. It's an easy summer wine that is incredibly drinkable, and can be enjoyed with or without food. Light and refreshing, with a deliciously pale hue, Angels & Cowboys embodies the idea of summer water. It's not fall just yet - pick one up for an end-of-summer picnic or to simply sip in the sun.
